The kick boxing class is the most well-liked and most efficient classes in the program. The Cardio Kick Boxing class supplies a full body exercise and burns hundreds of calories per work out. The exercises allow little room for a break in between exercises, providing an awesome work out for an hour creating even better results than you anticipate. In addition to the kick boxing class, there is also the ultimate conditioning class, squat squad and boxing classes in the Superwoman Boot Camp as well. The conditioning class is a circuit training class building strength and endurance. Circuit training is a series of quick paced and extremely intense brief work outs in which you have no break in between moving into the next work out immediately after completing the previous exercise. The conditioning class like the kick boxing is a great weight training class that works out your entire body. The squat squad class is a weight training class that focuses on a lower body work out.
