At the Fight Club, we offer a women's fitness program which is an effective way to drop weight successfully and quickly. Our Women's only program offers cardio kick boxing, ultimate fitness conditioning, squat squad and boxing classes. The classes are set up for newcomers and experienced students allowing everyone to train at their own speed. The classes are developed to have you in, warmed up, get an intense, exercise and be finished within an hour. In every of the sessions offered in our women's only wellness and fitness program, there is never a worry of being hit, our program is solely fitness based.

In the cardio kick boxing class, members learn how you can properly punch and kick besides being an awesome exercise, it helps teach the correct self-defense technique the same time. The workout class also trains you in partner exercises with other students kicking and punching the pads where your partner holds them.. The kick boxing class tones and builds up your whole entire body. Like the cardio kick boxing class, the boxing class also concentrates on the hitting the heavy bag. All of our trainers who lead the classes are also professional competitors and their teaching style is based on their own workout exercise for when they are getting ready for a fight. The boxing and kick boxing class are more cardio based classes working on burning calories, where as the squat squad and conditioning boot camp class are more strength building with weights. The exercise routines involve the use of free weights, bar bells, sleds, agility ladders etc. These sessions not only help builds muscles, but also help with increasing your stamina.

In the ladies physical fitness program these classes mainly concentrates on total body works outs except the squat squad class. The squat squad class focuses on an intensive, lower body work out. Squat squad is mainly a weight lifting class for girls and we target your legs and tone your butt. The squat squad class provides an excellent work out even though it is at a more slowly rate compared to the other sessions provided in the girls exercise program. At WFC there is also co-ed MMA program classes available where you can really concentrate on learning self defense in our Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.

 

Every one of our sessions in the Women's program were developed so that you burn any where from 700 to 1000 calories each session. From taking these classes we have result stories of women who come to lose 20-30 lbs to those who came and dropped between 100-120 lbs.
